My name is Bryn Thomas and I am currently living in Iwataki district of Yosano town, which is situated on the Tango Peninsular, in northern Kyoto prefucture, Japan.

Iwataki is a small country town (former town) of about 6500 people. I teach English in the local Junior High School, as well as occasional visits to the local elementary school and kindergarten.

I love living in Iwataki, the kids I teach are amazing, and the townspeople are really great. However, much as I love to relax in my small town, I do try to get out as much as possible and travel around more of this beautiful country.

I have been lucky enough to see and experience some amazing things in my time here, and I hope to share some of those experiences with you on this site.
